N7000XXLA4 is the newest firmware update for Russia users of Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000. This is still packed in Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread and not (Ice Cream Sandwich yet). It has the build or modified date of January 20th 2012. This is the first update for Russia this year and its the latest build.

What improvements are included in this update? It was quite big at 71mb for the first and directly after it wanted a second 15mb download and install.
