Vivi Brazil is getting the first Ice Cream Sandwich released for Samsung Galaxy S2 in South America. The latest firmware with build number build I9100VJLP7 is now on Kies indicated with a build date of May 04, 2012. We are keeping an eye on all other South American countries like Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela that might probably follow soon.So, just better check out on Kies or via OTA update notification. The original stock ROM is now also available for grab for advance users use and for Latin America Devs that might interested to cook some South American ICS custom ROM tweaks.

For those advance Galaxy S2 users in other South American countries, you can use the stock ROM to give it a try. The stock ROM consist of VIVO default CSC settings like the VIVO logo and bloatwares, but still works. Just flash with extra precaution, as you always know the drill, use and flash the stock ROM at your own risk.
