N7000XXLPY XEN Netherlands Samsung Galaxy Note ICS 4.0.3 Official Firmware Update Release

N7000XXLPY, Netherlands Samsung Galaxy Note unbranded version with product code XEN is also getting the official Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware upgrade. The N7000XXLPY that was first released in Germany is now recently rolled out on Kies, it posses the default CSC file for Netherlands as N7000XENLP1. The phone Modem version is still N7000XXLPT and probably this will gonna be the same on all other European countries as we also spotted other builds like Poland, Austria and Turkey which is IML74K.XXLPY with XXLPT Baseband Modem version.

Here's a guide for Odin flasher (for advance users only, who have their device installed with unofficial ROM or already rooted and having issues updating on Kies).  For typical users which still currently runs with the official firmware N7000XXLC1 Android 2.3.6 you may only upgrade on Kies.
