T989UVLE1 T-Mobile USA Samsung Galaxy S2 (SGH-T989) official ICS software update rolls out

A new firmware upgrade with build number T989UVLE1 has began rolling out for US T-Mobile version of Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989. This is now packed in Android 4.0.3 Ice cream Sandwich, an update from previous build 2.3.6 T989UVKL1 or the older one 2.3.5 T989UVKID.
