N7000DXLP9 Samsung Galaxy Note Official Ice Cream Sandwich ICS Upgrade Releases in South East Asia

N7000DXLP9 ICS 4.0.3, official firmware update for the Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 release in South East Asian regions. The N7000DXLP9 is now available on Kies for Asian countries in the south east - Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. It took around a week since the official released in Germany with N700XXLPY. Other Asian Countries like Hong Kong, Taiwan and  India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka also receives the ICS upgrade with the firmware build  N7000ZSLPF and N7000DDLP8. The Ice Cream Sandwich is so-called the premium suite upgrade for Galaxy Note that features a new user interface with a redesigned menu for easier multi-tasking.

Odin flasher guide for using the N7000DXLP9 Stock ROM in upgrading:
Note: This method are for advance users only who done some tweaks on their devices and can't upgrade on Kies. Typical users may only upgrade via Kies or OTA for your Galaxy Note still runs with original or official firmwares.
The stock ROM are NON-WIPE it doesn't include a  (boot.bin/Sbl.bin) BOOTLOADER images. But it's better to make a back up copy of all important files first, in-case something might went wrong.
These stock ROM included CSC files are: GLB, MM1, SIN, SMA, STH, THL, XEV, XME, XSE, XSP, XTC, XTE and XXV.
* Make sure the battery is fully charge.
* Extract the firmware after download

* Put your device in Recovery MODE (Home + Volume up + Power)

* Wipe Cache
* Take Out Your battery & put it back in
