I9100XWLP7 Bulgaria (Globul,M-Tel,Vivacom) Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS Firmware Upgrade Online

Finally! another I9100XWLP7 firmware build release, and this time Bulgarian users of Samsung Galaxy S2 under the carriers of Glubol, M-Tel and Vivacom will now enjoy the official Ice Cream Sandwich ICS 4.0.3 I9100XWLP7 firmware update.
